We are aware that the pricing structure of EAPs make it unaffordable for small companies. 

With Horizon Talking Solutions, you will ONLY pay for an employee who is having counselling. There are no extra costs involved, so if you sign up with us, but don’t need to refer an employee all year, there is NOTHING to pay.  This is a cost- effective way of securing support when you need it, but not paying when you don’t.

If you are a small or medium sized business or company who doesn’t currently have any counselling provision.

If you are a business who ALREADY has some EAP provision which doesn’t cover all your employees’ needs - for example, a lot of EAPs WON’T offer support with specialist issues, or provide more than 4 – 6 sessions – we are a helpful additional resource.
