Catherine Thomas

Our director and lead practitioner, Catherine, is a highly experienced, accredited counsellor with years of practice supporting employees through work-related and non work-related issues. She is passionate about extending access to counselling support to everyone who needs it.

The counselling Horizon Talking Solutions provides is tailored to each individual.  Everyone is unique and will have their own needs, but the goal is always the same – to provide tools and solutions that will work for that individual and allow them to function and thrive.  We will work with each client to restore the focus and energy they need in and outside work.

Catherine’s colleagues are hand- picked and trusted qualified counsellors who have a range of skills and expertise, and are local to your employees. We will select the counsellor who will be best suited to provide the tailored support to your employee.

Our Philosophy

We are a local service, so if your organisation is based in Swansea, Gower, Carmarthen, Llandeilo, Pontardawe, Ammanford, Neath, Port Talbot or Llanelli we can provide your colleagues with face-to-face counselling, or online or telephone sessions if this works better for them.
